Can you believe its been 20 years since Craig got fired on his day off? Fathom Events, New Line Cinema, and Warner Bros. are thrilled to celebrate Friday’s 20th Anniversary by bringing the hilarious comedy back to the big screen for one night on Monday, April 20 at 7:30 p.m. This will be shown in various theaters across the US and will feature special extras like including interviews with the cast. On top of that this will be the Director’s Cut of Friday so if you, like myself saw it in theaters 20 years ago you haven’t see it like this.

Directed by F. Gary Gray, Friday stars Ice Cube as Craig, Chris Tucker as Smokey who doesn’t understand the concept of don’t get high on your own supply, and Tiny Lister as Deebo. too young to know where Bye Felicia came from? Well what better way to spend 4/20 than watching Friday.

Its been a very long time since I’ve see Friday in its entirety, I haven’t owned a VCR is some time and my copy was on VHS So i’m definitely looking forward to this night. You can see a list of all participating theaters here. You can purchase tickets directly from Fandango or Fathom Events.
